Insurers have proposed a median ~14% premium increase for 2027 plans (preliminary filings; final numbers post soon). A quick review before the window opens beats a surprise on your first bill.
When to enroll: if you use HealthCare.gov, the 2027 window is shorter - Nov 1 to Dec 15. State marketplaces set their own dates - Nevada Health Link runs Nov 1 – Dec 31, 2026 (Battle Born State Plans included). Georgia's 2027 dates on GeorgiaAccess.gov aren't final yet - check with Lisa so you don't miss yours.
Georgia - Cigna is leaving the Marketplace for 2027. If you're on a Cigna plan there, auto-renewal won't move you to a new carrier - you'll need to actively choose one during open enrollment.
Not sure what this means for your coverage? Let's look at your options before you're on autopilot.
